Monthly Service Terms and Conditions
Cancellation: Pet Assist adheres to a strict no overbooking policy. This means that your time is reserved and we have to turn away other customers when our schedule is full. To remain on the Monthly Service Plan please limit cancellations to two per billing cycle. Credits will be applied to your bill the following month. Additional cancellations will not be credited.
Vacation: We allow for two weeks vacation time per year in full week blocks to remain on this plan. Please give two weeks notice of a planned vacation so we can adjust our schedules. If you will be away more than 2 weeks per year we can substitute our House Sitting Service at your same lower monthly rate.
Holidays: Regular service is not scheduled on holidays. If you need service on these days please notify the office two weeks in advance. The normal holiday surcharge will apply.
